Posted August 15, 2018 12:00:33You are about to find a house in Sydney with a world-class view and luxury that you can’t get anywhere else.
The $7 million, 17-storey Victorian home is located in the heart of the historic city of Melbourne.
It was built in the 1960s by Melbourne architect Richard Leeson, who also designed the world-famous Victorian Pavilion Hotel.
A property in Melbourne with a World-Class ViewThe property is located on the southern side of the City of Sydney and overlooks the city.
It’s designed to be the envy of Sydney’s elite.
“The property has a world class view of the city, and there are no other houses like it in Sydney,” says architect Michael Smith.
“It’s got a lot of character.
There’s a lot to do, there’s a great outdoor space.”
The house is situated in the area that houses Sydney Opera House, Sydney University, the National Museum of Australia, Sydney’s Opera House and Sydney Olympic Park.
It is also one of only three properties in Sydney to have been designed by a member of the architectural team behind the Olympic Games in Melbourne.
It was built on the site of the former Sydney Olympic Stadium and the former Olympic Centre in the mid-1980s, but it was only opened to the public in 2015.
The house boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace overlooking Sydney Harbour.
It also has a pool, gym and tennis court.
It has a full kitchen with island oven, and it also has its own full bath.
Smith says it’s a home that will be appreciated by everyone in Sydney.
“You will have people who will come here to work, people who want to go to the beach, people that want to stay in the house,” he says.
“They will love the space.”
Smith has designed two other Victorian houses in Sydney, the $3 million, six-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment built by Australian architect Michael Abrash in 2004 and the $1.6 million, five-bedroom apartment built in 2011 by Australian architects James Leckie and Peter Schofield.
Smith’s latest project is a $1 million, four bedroom, four bathhouse in the suburb of Brunswick, built by architect Ian McGovern and Sydney architect Michael Moulton.
The home is set within a dense urban centre, and has been designed to have a “mixed use” approach to the property.
The building has two levels and it includes a small park and garden, and a rooftop terrace.
Smith said he wanted to design the house to be both visually appealing and practical.
“I wanted it to be very large, but I also wanted it be practical, to allow people to enjoy their own space,” he said.
“To give them the ability to work and live in it and enjoy the space and get the views, I wanted to create a space that was both large and practical.”
The main living room is divided into two levels, and the terrace offers a view of Sydney Harbour, the City and the Yarra River.
The living room has a glass floor, so it is light and airy.
There is also a glass window in the middle of the living room, allowing you to get a good look at the harbour, the Yarr River and the harbour’s skyline.
The bedrooms are all located on one level.
It is also designed to allow for a large living area, with a large kitchen, kitchenette, bath and lounge.
Smith also designed a smaller, four bed house for $3.9 million, but the home was not built until 2018.
It’s only the third Victorian house designed by Smith to be completed, and his latest project has become the world’s most expensive.
The previous record holder was the $4.5 million, three bedroom, three bath house built by the French architect Laurent Leclerc in 2000.
“When I started working on this project, it was going to be a six-year project, and then when I finished it in 2018, it became the most valuable house in the world,” he told ABC News.
“That’s when I thought, well, I’m going to make it the most popular property in Australia.”
It was the second property in five years that Smith built to sell in the same week.
The price was not revealed, but he said it was likely to be around $30 million.
Smith has worked on more than 200 properties in Australia and has designed some of the most iconic properties in the country, including the $7.2 million, eight-bedroom $1 billion $5 billion, $3 billion and $2 billion homes.
“We’re working with a lot more architects, but in general it’s been a pleasure working with these architects,” he explained.
“One of the reasons I’m so proud of the way we’ve built these properties is because they’re very pragmatic and they’re really smart about what
